Clear, tart vegetal nose, pomaceous fruit and citrus, some Cape gooseberry (physalis), mineral and yeasty traces. Slightly sweetish and creamy fruit on the palate, light nutty notes, very elegant acidity, still has a touch of carnon dioxide, good persistence, elegant spice, good to very good finish.

Best to drink: Bis 2014+. What our ratings mean
