Yellow fruit and white vegetables on the nose, herbaceous and earthy notes, hint of bacon, mineral notes. Clear, elegant and juicy on the palate, herbs and spices, floral notes, light earthy and mineral notes, hint of bacon again, very elegant and quite lively acidity, firm, good persistence and has some depth, complex, both powerful and elegant, refreshing, very good finish. Has improved tremendously in the past few years.

Editor note: Melon nose, lychees and rosewood, herbaceous notes, preserved pomaceous fruit with aeration, mineral traces. Quite soft on the palate, diffuse apple and melon fruit, delicate bitter note in the background, typical of the variety, light herbaceous and some more mineral notes, very moderate integrated acidity, gains depth and contours with aeration, supple, good finish.
