Cool berry fruit on the noose, vegetal and herbaceous notes, roasted and sooty notes. Straightforward style, compact, partly dried berry fruit on the palate, nutty notes and some sooty oak, mineral traces, some dark chocolate in the background, integrated tannins, has some substance and a good backbone, shows its origins, slightly astringent on a very good finish. Needs time to mature.

Best to drink: 2011-2018+. What our ratings mean
