Nose still restless, pomaceous fruit and honeydew melon, spicy vegetal and prominent mineral notes, hint of caramel. Also has not quite come together yet on the palate, some pomaceous fruit and hints of caramel, elegant acidity, spicy, grassy notes and some tobacco, mineral notes, hint of coffee, fairly creamy, attractive to good finish.
