Candied apples and apricots, raisins on the nose, wilted leaves, bread crust and light herbaceous notes, light volatile notes. Compact candied and preserved pomaceous fruit on the palate, some marinated sultanas, dried figs and carob, touch of quince spirits, herbaceous notes, integrated acidity, fairly moderate sugar level for this category, sweetness, acidity and body well balanced, still slightly rough and bitter on a very good finish.. Needs some time to develop.
