Pomaceous fruit on the nose, herbaceous and mineral notes, prominent nutty notes, light peppery note, spicy oak. Sweetish and creamy on the palate, spicy oak, moderate acidity, herbaceous and mineral notes, full-bodied and persistent, hint of juniper, some candied nuts, elderberries in the background, very good finish.

Editor note: Pomaceous fruit, honeydew melon and white vegetables on the nose, light buttery notes and some caramel. Creamy on the palate, nutty notes and caramel, some fruit, very elegant acidity, light vegetal notes, mienral notes on the palate, more nutty notes and caramel on a good spicy finish. Needs aeration, develops much more depth in the glass.
