2023 Wagram DAC Sauvignon Blanc trocken, Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Relatively cool, still youthful, somewhat vegetal to herbaceous nose, yellow fruit, hint of green nuts and bacon, hint of red berries. Straightforward, juicy fruit with vegetal spice, a hint of root vegetables and dark berries, lively, yet fine acidity, has some grip and persistence, chalky tones, good to very good, slightly tobacco-like finish.
