Cool, fresh, vegetal to herbaceous citrus pomaceous fruit nose with stone fruit notes and floral traces. Finely juicy, slender, not completely dry fruit with yeasty traces and fresh, tart planty to herbaceous flavours, fine acidity, certain persistence, delicate grip, a hint of carbonic acid, a little lime zest in the background, good finish with a 'hint of salt.
