2023 Wagram DAC Fels Chardonnay Classic trocken, Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Youthful, vegetal citrus pome fruit nose with floral traces. Warm, sweetish fruit, savoury aromas, very slightly nutty on the palate, a hint of dark fruit, matching acidity, some bergamot in the background, also basil and marjoram, a little buttery melting, reminiscent of kohlrabi and broccoli in the good, slightly smoky, alcohol-warm and again delicately sweet finish.
