Cool, somewhat herbal and hinted at almondy nose of bright yellow fruits with a hint of gooseberries and fennel. Clear, tangy fruit with still yeasty traces, lively acidity, delicate grip, some persistence, grapefruit and dark berries in the background, salty tones, good to very good finish with bite.
