Very slightly dried-vegetable to herbal scent of black berries and some sour cherries with a hint of pepper. Ripe, somewhat warm fruit with slightly bitter-chocolate and toasty wood spice, crumbly-sandy tannin, good persistence, has power, a touch of malt and pepper in the background, hints of black olives, also a little Mediterranean herbs, good to very good finish.

Best to drink: Bis 2027+. What our ratings mean
