Clear, somewhat nutty pome and stone fruit aroma with fine vegetal and very delicate floral and smoky tones. Ripe, melting, yet perfectly dry fruit, very fine acidity and some grip, slightly nutty tones, tart vegetal aromas, slightly reminiscent of celery, persistent on the palate, certain depth, clearly salt, also stony hints, a tiny trace of smoke, very good, tart finish with very light dark ethereal spice.
