Quite dry, tightly knit fruit with smoky, nutty and distinctly salty notes, earthy-vegetable flavours again mainly reminiscent of celery, fine acidity, slightly sandy grip, barrel tones on the palate, certain power and persistence, slightly bitter, very good finish with noticeable alcohol.
