Somewhat developed, earthy-vegetable and tobacco nose with rather restrained yellow-fruity aromas, nutty tones, lots of celery, some mushrooms and hints of yellow spice. Quite dry, tightly knit fruit with smoky, nutty and distinctly salty notes, earthy-vegetable flavours again mainly reminiscent of celery, fine acidity, slightly sandy grip, barrel tones on the palate, certain power and persistence, slightly bitter, very good finish with noticeable alcohol.

Editor note: Tart, clearly green-vegetable aroma reminiscent of capers with herbal notes, some pepper, restrained yellow-fruity aromas and minerality. Firm and tart in the mouth, again emphatic planty aromas, restrained fruit and capers, quite present acidity, first a little rough tannin, which integrates well with air, seaweed and spinach in the background, good persistence, has power, but also cooling minerality, very good, only again also a little drying finish with slightly noticeable alcohol.
