2019 Randersacker Silvaner Grosses Gewächs trocken "Hohenroth", Franconia/Franken, Germany

Quite firm, tart, somewhat smoky nose with pome fruit notes, root vegetables, a hint of juniper, mushrooms, a hint of nut butter and hints of yellow spice. Ripe, melting and warm, slightly overripe, yet quite dry fruit, nutty, smoky and buttery tones, a little yellow spice, melon notes, some grip, moderate acidity, some persistence, some candy, nutty hints, tends to be a little broad, good to very good finish.
