2017 Randersacker Sonnenstuhl Silvaner trocken VDP.Erste Lage, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Restrained nose, light vegetal notes, restrained, tranquil yellow fruit, earthy traces. Fairly firm, tart fruit on the palate, vegetal notes, prominent earthy and salty mineral notes, elegant, fairly lively acidity, integrated tannins provide some grip, fairly persistent, yeasty traces, hint of bacon, good to very good tart finish.
