2016 Randersacker Sonnenstuhl Silvaner Grosses Gewächs trocken, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Fairly tart and restrained nose, vegetal and herbaceous notes, earthy and light peppery notes, touch of pomaceous fruit, dried floral traces, fairly prominent mineral notes. Firm, ripe, fairly juicy fruit on the palate, vegetal and nutty notes, more floral traces, lively, very elegant acidity, integrated tannins, hint of olive oil, persistent, hint of tobacco and bacon in the background, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, hint of black berries in the background, prominent salty mineral notes, very good juicy, herbaceous, minerally finish.
