Clear, quite firm, yet polished aroma of mixed berries and a little cherry with smoky and herbal flavours, some celery, pepper, juniper and hints of bacon. Polished, fresh, tart-juicy, quite dense fruit, smoky nuances and salt, youthful, yet quite fine tannin, a certain acid bite, persistent on the palate, roasted and slightly peppery tones, with air somewhat more pronounced, sweetish wood with vanilla, chocolate and coffee, soup herbs in the background, again a hint of bacon, some depth, very good finish with quite fresh, clear juice and animating spice.
