Clear, delicately smoky nose of more black than red berries with a hint of red cabbage, beetroot, pepper and herbaceous nuances. Fresh, clear, tart-juicy, slender fruit, moderate smoky barrel notes, some bread crust, again a little red cabbage and peppery beetroot in the background, a hint of tobacco and tobacco ash, hints of cocoa, good persistence, some salt and bacon in the background, good to very good, tart-juicy and spicy finish, again with freshness.
