Slightly nutty and a little herbaceous pome fruit scent with a little mushroom, smoke, light wood nuances as well as bacon and rosemary reminiscent tones. Melting, tart, citrusy fruit with smoky wood notes, herbal and nutty tones, some gooseberry, a little off-varietal aromatics, noticeable, slightly drying tannin, chalky-salty tones, hints of dark berries in the background, good to very good, tart finish with bite and phenolic tones.
