Tart, rather firm and deep, somewhat dried-vegetable, slightly mushroomy and a little smoky aroma of black and red berries with rather dark wood spice and a hint of malt. Ripe, rather tart fruit with dried vegetal as well as slightly smoky and toasty aromas, persistent on the palate, relatively concentrated, but also has elegance, especially with air, again a hint of malt in the background, ethereal hints, bitter chocolate and a hint of coffee, salty-mineral tones, certain warmth, very good, juicy, spicy and a little malty finish.
