Green-vegetable aroma, slightly reminiscent of ginger and kimchi, with bright, cool yellow-fruity and green-vegetable flavours. Fruity and delicately sweetish on the palate, nutty and vegetal tones, particularly reminiscent of avocado, some gooseberry, pepper and paprika, a hint of smoke, slightly sandy tannin, buttery nuances, slightly warm, good to very good, again sweetish finish with tart spice.
