Clear, nutty and delicately waxy pomaceous fruit nose with citrus notes. Somewhat melting, yet quite dry fruit with nutty and slightly vegetal notes, fine acidity, some grip, certain persistence, salt in the background, lemony nuances, good to very good, again nutty and somewhat vegetal finish with woody nuances.
