Fairly tart, delicate smoky and nutty, very slightly bacony nose with light yellow fruity notes and vegetal to herbaceous tones. Relatively cool and slender, bright fruit, smoky, nutty and dried vegetal to herbaceous tones, lively acidity, some grip from crumbly tannin, good persistence, tart, light minerality in the background, good to very good, again nutty and grippy finish.
