Rather herbaceous vegetable-fruity nose with core fruit notes, a hint of citrus fruits, and bright floral undertones. Bright, cool, herbaceous fruit, distinctly vegetal, reminiscent of celery and broccoli notes, a bit of salt and white pepper, quite lively acidity, hinted smoke, light tannin, good sustainability, nutty undertones and a hint of bacon, good to very good, delicately waxy finish with fresh cool juice and stimulating herbaceous plant tones.

Editor note: Youthful, finely vegetal pomaceous fruit nose with herbaceous nuances and a hint of sesame. Clear, finely juicy fruit with yeasty, nutty notes reminiscent of sesame again, fine acidity, some grip, smoky traces and slightly stony minerality, good persistence, delicate vegetal spiciness in the background, has a certain polish, very good finish.
