Cool, somewhat yeasty and slightly herbaceous citrus nose with lots of grapefruit and delicate floral tones. polished, sweet fruit with some acid bite and lively, harmonious perlage, yeasty, nutty and herbaceous notes, slight zest bitterness on the palate that counters the dosage well, clear varietal character, a touch of rock candy, black berry traces, very good finish.
