Clear, firm and cool citrus and stone fruit nose with fine vegetal aromas, some yellow spice, herbs, light tobacco, chanterelles and floral nuances. Taut, juicy, not quite dry fruit with yeasty, smoky and somewhat yellow-spicy flavours, lively acidity, fresh herbaceous-vegetable tones, lots of grip, persistent, certain depth, clear minerality, still relatively compact structure, a hint of nut butter, very good, firm, juicy and spicy finish with grip.
