A slightly smoky, somewhat nutty and finely vegetal nose of ripe yellow fruit with a hint of sunflower seeds, cumin and mineral notes. Ripe, firm, very juicy fruit with herbal notes, some smoke and yellow spice, nutty flavours on the palate, lively acidity and grip of ripe tannins, persistent, mineral, a hint of pepper in the background, then marjoram and cumin, a hint of chestnut, very good, firm, juicy, spicy and grippy finish with smoky nuances.

Best to drink: Mitte 2024 bis 2028+. What our ratings mean
