Clear, firm, smoky and herbaceous citrus-stone fruit scent with fresh planty and delicately floral nuances. Taut, tart, cool, restrained fruit, clearly herbal-vegetable notes, some yeast and hints of smoke, lively, fine acidity, grip of crumbly tannin, persistent, a hint of minty-ethereal, tart, partly dark minerality, peppery traces, very good, fine-juicy and spicy finish with grip and pull.

Best to drink: Mitte 2023 bis 2028+. What our ratings mean
