Translate to English Noch ziemlich verschlossen wirkende, ein wenig schweflige Nase nach Zitrusfrüchten und Pfirsich mit deutlich kräuterigen Aromen und herber, leicht erdiger Mineralik. Etwas süßliche Frucht mit herber mineralischer und kräuteriger Würze, hefig-nussigen Aromen und erdigen Noten, sehr präsente Säure und gewisse Kohlensäure, etwas Kandis, merklicher, leicht antrocknender Gerbstoff, gewisses Bitter im Hintergrund, gute Nachhaltigkeit, noch ein wenig rau, guter bis sehr guter, straffer, süßlich-säuerlicher Abgang mit Saft und pflanzlicher sowie salzig-mineralischer Würze. Braucht noch etwas Zeit, bleibt aber vermutlich immer ein wenig rau.
