Mature, slightly buttery and caramelised citrus-apricot nose with some peach, sunflower seeds, vegetal notes and yellow spice. Ripe, firm, not quite dry yellow fruit with nutty and somewhat vegetal notes, herbs, salt and hints of pepper, persistent and dense on the palate, quite clear candy notes, nutty and slightly caramelised hints, good depth, fine bitterness, certain depth, very good, firm finish.

Editor note: Translate to English Fester, mineralischer, leicht nussiger und ein wenig getrocknet-pflanzlicher Duft nach reifem Kern- und Steinobst, etwas kandierten Zitrusfrüchten mit einem Hauch Suppenkräutern, feiner, leicht warmer Würze und eher dunklen mineralischen Tönen. Recht saftige, reife Frucht, ganz leicht gedeckt und pflanzlich, lebendige Säure und etwas Gerbstoff, gute Nachhaltigkeit, hat Griff, erst leicht zitronige Töne, noch ein wenig rau am Gaumen, vor allem mit Luft viel dunkle Mineralik, sehr guter Abgang mit Saft und Griff.
