2021 Südsteiermark DAC Sauvignon Blanc trocken, Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Clear, tart, fine-vegetable fragrance with restrained yellow and white fruit notes, herbaceous-grassy notes, floral hints and a touch of dark berries. Warm, ripe fruit with vegetal and nutty tones, fine acidity, some crumbly-sandy tannin, certain persistence and power, dark berries in the background, mineral hints, redcurrant leaves, tart mineral nuances and a hint of pepper, good, rather tart finish, again relatively warm in alcohol.
