Clear, cool and fresh, tart, juicy fruit with blackberries and pepper again, some nutty and spicy oak notes as well as hints of bacon, fine acidity, ripe, crumbly tannins, clearly dried herbs, good persistence, hints of cocoa and coffee, salty minerality, some depth, still young, very good finish with bite, fresh juice and some smoky, roasted spice.
