Translate to English Relativ kühler, hell-nussiger, dazu kreidiger und angedeutet ätherischer Zitrusduft mit kräuterigen und erdigen Anklängen. Geradlinige, feinsaftige Frucht nach Zitrusfrüchten und Steinobst, feine, lebendige Säure, hell-nussig am Gaumen, etwas reifer Gerbstoff, gute Nachhaltigkeit, im Hintergrund Trockenkräuter und gelb-gewürzige Anklänge, eine Spur Salz, hat Schmelz, aber auch Frische, guter bis sehr guter, feinwürziger und mineralischer Abgang mit Biss.
