Tart, nutty, somewhat smoky and slightly dried-vegetable aroma with yellow spice, some fennel, carrots, chanterelles and yellow fruity aromas as well as a little tobacco in the background. Firmly woven, completely dry, restrained fruit, nutty, somewhat tobacco, barrel-woody and clearly vegetal aromas, a hint of chanterelles in the background, salty minerality, also a little pepper, lasting, medium power, relatively lively acidity, has grip, rather robust type, very good, somewhat smoky finish with a lot of emphasis and salt.
