Almost cool, nutty and somewhat planty to herbaceous pome fruit nose with delicate floral and red berry aromas as well as a hint of tobacco and sunflower seeds. Bone-dry fruit with tart, somewhat tobacco barrel notes, dried-vegetable and nutty tones, some ash and salt, root vegetables on the palate, also preserved pineapple, earthy tones, slightly bitter, good to very good finish.
