Clearly vegetal, delicately nutty and a touch buttery aroma with pome fruit notes, a hint of white fruits, a little herbs and some minerality. Ripe, juicy and melting fruit, very fine acidity and some grip, yeasty nuances, slightly nutty and hints of bacon on the palate, persistent, relatively powerful, very good, grippy finish with clear minerality and smoky traces.

Best to drink: Mitte 2022 bis 2026+. What our ratings mean
