Delicately nutty and yeasty pome fruit aroma with citrus notes, hints of yeast as well as tart vegetal, clearly mineral and also somewhat peppery notes. Firmly woven, juicy, ripe fruit, nutty, vegetal and peppery notes, distinct minerality, a hint of smoke, persistent, grippy, good depth, a hint of dark berries, has power and some warmth, quite complex, very good, firm, tart-juicy finish with nutty, vegetal and intense minerality. Has class.
