Cool nose, elegant vegetal notes, spicy traces, restrained light yellow fruit aromas, light mineral notes andfloral traces. Fairly firm, restrained, bone dry fruit on the palate, prominent vegetal aromas, a hint of lavender, elegant acidity, light grip and mineral notes, good persistence, full-bodied, earthyand chalky mineral notes, hint of almonds, light yeasty notes, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, still veryslightlyastringent on a very good, tart finish.
