Firm, slightly dried, planty and floral, also a hint of nutty scent of partly preserved and candied yellow and also a little white fruit with chalky and hinted light tobacco notes. Rather juicy, sweet fruit, herbal, delicately mushy, vegetable and smoky notes, firm, present, a little lemony acidity and clear, light minerality, persistent on the palate, certain depth, juicy, sweet finish with fresh planty notes and a lot of bite
