2018 Randersacker Pfülben Riesling Spätlese trocken "Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg", Franconia/Franken, Germany

Somewhat dried vegetable to tobacco nose with yellow fruity notes, earthy mineral tones and some root vegetables. Rather firm, tart fruit, clearly planty and again earthy-mineral notes, lots of grip, lively acidity, relatively strong on the palate, somewhat deep, slightly warm, good to very good, tart, again gripping finish
