Translate to English Herbe, betont vegetabile, auch leicht zwiebelige Nase mit verhaltenen gelbfruchtigen und erdig-kreidigen Noten. Sehr herbe, verhaltene, leicht gedeckte Frucht, deutlich pflanzliche Noten, nussig-hefige Spuren, wieder auch kreidige und erdige Noten, eine Spur Pilze, merklicher Alkohol, auch im Abgang etwas gedeckt und alkoholwarm.

Editor note: Slightly tart nose, citrus and pomaceous fruit, vegetal njotes and floral traces. Tart, slightly muted fruit on the palate, yeasty, nutty, vegetal and earthy notes, salty traces, fairly lively acidity, vegetal notes and a hint of mushrooms, firm bite on a good to very good tart finish.
