2016 Randersacker Lämmerberg Gewürztraminer Spätlese trocken Konsequent, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Cool nose, prominent vegetal notes, restrained yellow fruit, light floral aromas, delicate earthy and mineral traces. Fairly firm, bone dry fruit on the palate, tart and juicy, earthy and vegetal notes, hint of bacon, good substance, gripping tannins, fairly lively acidity, chalky and salty mineral notes, still undeveloped and still very slightly muted, good to very good finish.
