Light herbaceous notes andsome wilted flowers on the nose, partly candied citrus fruit, earthy and mineral notes, hint of elderberry. Bone dry fruit on the palate, yeasty, vegetal and herbaceous notes, earthy and mineral notes, lively, elegant acidity, more citrus and elderberry notes that are not really typical of Silvaner, medium body, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, slightly muted, good persistence, good to very good tart finish.
