2015 Randersacker Pfülben Weißburgunder Spätlese trocken Konsequent, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Prominent bacon on the nose, vegetal and herbaceous notes, some smoky notes and juniper, touch of nutty oak, earthy notes, restrained yellow fruit. Ripe, fairly juicy and creamy, bone dry fruit on the palate, more smoky oak and bacon, prominent vegetal notes, light herbaceous aromas, juniper in the background, prominent earthy and salty mineral notes, persistent and full-bodied, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, still young, some depth, very good finish.
