Clear, cool and fresh nose, red berries and light cherries, delicate smoky and yeasty aromas, hint of herbaceous and vegetal notes, raw meat and almondy traces. Fresh, finely juicy, again cool fruit with nutty and a little planty to herbaceous flavours, somewhat yeasty, hint of smokiness, lively, fine acidity, moderate tannic grip, chalky-salty nuances, certain persistence, very good finish. Animating.
