Am Gaumen mittelkräftig, etwas unruhig, zart bitterliche, etwas eckige Noten, eingemachte Steinobstfrucht mit Apfeltönen und etwas herben Kräutern, dezente Süße und Säure, etwas rustikal, hat gewisse Substanz, leicht gerbstoffig und rau im ordentlichen bis guten Abgang.
