Delicately yeasty aroma of stone fruit and pears with citrus notes and vegetal to herbaceous and floral nuances. Relatively soft, sweetish fruit, fine acidity, vegetal hints on the palate, some persistence, relatively fine acidity and a hint of carbonic acid, zesty notes on the palate, hint of minerality, light tannin, good finish with a certain sweetness but also bite.
