Somewhat vegetal to herbaceous, almondy and a hint of earthy aroma with restrained yellow fruity aromas as well as a hint of yeast and some yellow spice. Straightforward, tart, juicy fruit with slightly black berry, nutty and yeasty notes, lively acidity and a certain carbonic acidity, light tannic grip, some persistence, salty and chalky tones, bitter reminiscent of tea, slightly drying finish.
