Cool, slightly yeasty nose. elegant herbaceous and light floral notes, citrus and peach fruit, mineral traces. Polished, light-bodied, sweet fruit on the palate, elegant vegetal and yeasty notes, lively acidity, good persistence, light tannic touch, mineral notes in the background, some bite, very light green notes, slightly salty, good to very good finish.
