Cool, firm nose, vegetal, herbaceous and light floral notes, yellow and green fruit aromas, some elderflower, mineral traces. Clear, ripe, creamy fruit on the palate, very elegant acidity, light nutty, yeasty and floral notes, vegetal and herbaceous notes, some more elderflower, persistent, full-bodied and creamy, light mineral notes in the background, light touch of oak, quite firm, some depth, very good, slightly warm finish.
